Construction plans call for the creation of a 366 hectare (ha) island immediately east of the West Bay shoreline and about 20 km north of the Doha central business district. Located in the Puerto Madero district within Argentina's capital, the 190-room hotel will feature a signature restaurant, a lobby bar, fitness facilities and close to 7,000sq ft of meeting space.
