create a fake book cover
Sarah Wode-Douglass, the editor of a London poetry magazine, had grown up knowing the famous and infamous John Slater. And because he figured
prominently in the disaster that was her parents’ marriage, when Slater proposes that she accompany him to Malaysia, Sarah embarks out of
curiosity on a journey that becomes, instead, a lifelong obsession. Sarah is determined to get her hands on the McCorkle poetry to determine
their actual origin. Perhaps McCorkle wasn't so fictional at all.
features

screen. Features include publishing your address book to the web, getting a map or driving directions, dialing a contact's phone number, or
sending them an e-mail. Powerful importing and exporting capabilities, with built in support for popular programs such as Outlook, Palm, or the
Windows Address Book.
image,images
Images/illustrations can only be purchased for one purpose. If you purchase them for your cover, you cannot use them independently for
bookmarks, your website, posters, or other promotional materials. Images to be used for the cover design may be researched and provided by the
client, the publisher, or myself. Book cover design includes the cover, spine and back, and inside flaps for hardcover books. Images can be more
powerful than words. Think about the last time you visited a page with an e-book for sale.
Image Match: Your book cover should match your book?s message. If your book is about
marketing than the cover should be designed with that thing in mind.
text
Text or photos can be added to this stock photo as needed. Text needs to balance the cover layout with whichever images are chosen. There are
also covers that are only text, as requested by the author.
title
Titles, typically, cannot be copyrighted. Book *covers*, however, can absolutely be (think especially of the covers of fiction books which may
have original artwork, etc). Title page has one small tear at the top and one small tear at the crease. All other pages are perfect, tight, clean
and there is no writing in the book. Title, I think, works better than cover for the kind of books I like. I have about a very high success rate
using title only.
printing
Printable worksheets and examples help you apply what you've learned to your next publishing project. In its enthusiasm and professional
production, COVER THAT BOOK is lightyears ahead of anything else available on the subject. Print each page with a graphic on a laser printer to
be sure that it is legible. Our process will not enhance your images. Print images directly onto the hardcover , add a dust jacket, or choose
linen binding for an old-fashioned look.
add
Add more "snow" to any mountaintops that are now 2 layers thick, wrapping around both layers to the back. Repeat the process by gluing the top
2 layers onto the 3rd layer, adding "snow" to the layered mountaintops, then gluing the top 3 layers onto the 4th layer, adding more "snow". Add
about 5cm to the height and 24cm to the width (sides) – the added fabric on the sides is folded over and sewn in place to create the pockets in
which to insert the covers. If you plan to make more than one cover in the same size, it may be worth creating a pattern on paper.
inside
Inside the back page there is the spacious pocket for notes or clippings. Inside, a foam frame is added for maximum protection.
